Middle School Program
Our Middle Program is comprised of two core peer groups, Merganser (roughly ages 10-12) and Raven (roughly ages 12-14). With growing and shifting minds, bodies, and perspectives, our learners are valued as whole beings navigating an often blustery and perplexing period of life. Honoring these changes, our learners experience social-emotional growth through intentional classes and community time.
Building on the foundations of our Primary program, Middle Program learners are exposed to more complex and rigorous academic content and have greater choice in their daily schedule. Learners at this age have an opportunity to learn in partnership with kids both older and younger, acting as guides to children in the primary program and mentees to older learners.
