Tuition Assistance
At The Attic, we believe every child should have access to an education that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and compassion. Our community becomes a richer, more dynamic place to learn when our learners come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
The Attic’s Tuition Assistance Program reflects our commitment to making an Attic education possible for families from diverse financial backgrounds. Each year, we offer need-based tuition assistance to qualifying families. We encourage families who are interested in The Attic and need financial assistance to apply for tuition assistance.
Tuition Assistance Program Information: Tuition assistance is provided based on demonstrated financial need. Families submit an application through our secure online system which confidentially evaluates your financial information. The process ensures that tuition awards are distributed equitably and that school resources are directed where they’re most needed. The Attic makes every effort to match awards to demonstrated financial need, however our resources are limited. Awards are made annually and must be renewed each school year.
Important Dates:
November 1: Applications for the upcoming school year available
January 15: Deadline for priority decisions. Applications can be submitted after January 15, but the first round of awards will be made to families whose completed applications are received by the end of that week.
Early February: Award notifications are sent beginning in early February. After priority decisions, applications are processed and awards made as applications are received.
Eligibility: Tuition assistance is available for both currently enrolled students and those applying for admission. Families who wish to apply must:
- Complete the Tuition Assistance Application through our confidential online portal.
- Submit all required financial documents (such as tax returns, W-2s, or proof of income).
- Reapply each school year if assistance is still needed. Even if you qualify for full financial aid, a minimum tuition contribution of $1,500 per student is required for all families.
Confidentiality: All financial information submitted is kept strictly confidential and reviewed only by our tuition assistance committee. Your privacy and dignity are deeply respected throughout the process.
